Starters

Seafood platter, Smoked salmon gravlax, smoked mackerel pate,
oyster, honey, dill mustard dressing, crostini
Ham hock terrine, candied apple puree, mixed baby leaves with crostini
Vegetable roulade, goat cheese fritters, mixed baby leaves with
a tomato and basil dressing
Vegan roulade, spiced avocado, mixed baby leaves, tomato and herb dressing

 

Mains

Roast rump of lamb, confit lamb shoulder ravioli, pea and mint puree,
port and redcurrant jus
Fillet of seabass, roast fennel, shellfish bouillabaisse sauce, olive oil mash
Ballentine of chicken stuffed with a chorizo herb mousse served
on a sweetcorn herb risotto
Roast mushroom, sweet potato and pecan nut wellington, olive oil mash

Assiette of chocolate
Chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding, chocolate mousse,
